      With the changing real estate market in Charleston many new models of real estate have emerged. When the market was sailing high in 2003-2005 there was a proliferation of discount, no or little service companies that were barely qulaified to do business. There was also an influx of agents, many of whom never learned to do proper real estate busines. Now with tightening of the market many of these companies and agents are falling by the wayside because they were not built on the solid principles of experience and return business.  Principals steeped in a strong commitment toward ethical knowledgeable and deeply caring customer service.  Because I have lived, breathed and faithfully practiced those principals both personally and professionally, in good markets and bad,  my clients stay my clients for life.  This is why I have been able to make a living in Charleston real estate for 23 years and have never had to supplement my income in any other way.  This idea is what I build my company around.
